I have been practicing agile project management since 2020, utilising various framework – Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile – while working in highly regulated projects (primarily insurance and financial services). People enjoy working with me for being able to effectively communicate complex subjects in simple terms, ensuring everyone enjoys working on the projects, maintaining positive atmosphere in the teams, and for being able to create the environment where business value is being delivered consistently.

My key areas of expertise include (but are not limited to):

• organisational agility – what specifically drives agile methods forward, and what causes roadblocks in the agile framework adoption;
• intercultural context of professional communication – how working with distributed teams impacts productivity, what causes communication breakdowns, and how to effectively utilise remote work in various time zones;
• Scrum adoption in various cultures – how different Scrum adoption can be in relation to various dimensions, and what is the right organisational framework for each culture.
• process tailoring in agile environment – what techniques can be introduced to Scrum (or Kanban) from other frameworks in order to make them fit-for-purpose for the organisation, without compromising on agility.

In my free time, I am a dedicated gamer (primarily strategies and city builders). I am also passionate about urban planning, transportation and exploring the world around me.

I am currently based in Poland, Warsaw, however, I am planning to move to Berlin in the near future, where I will be able to provide services as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach as a freelancing consultant.
